Fees and payment

Fees, billing schedules, and any minimum commitment are defined in your service agreement. Recurring fees continue until cancelled in line with that agreement. Late or failed payments may result in paused or suspended service.

Intellectual property

The content on this website, including text, design, and branding, is owned by Alastor Global and protected by law. Ownership of deliverables we create for a client is addressed in the applicable service agreement. You may not copy or reuse our site content without permission.

Third-party services

Our work often relies on third-party platforms and tools, such as hosting, analytics, advertising, payment, calendar, voice, and messaging providers. Their availability and terms are outside our control, and we are not responsible for their performance, outages, or changes.
